A refrigerator that stops cooling is more than an inconvenience. In the Texas heat, food can spoil within hours, so we prioritize refrigerator and freezer calls and offer same-day appointments whenever we can.
How we diagnose your fridge
Our technician starts by checking temperatures in both compartments, then works through the cooling system step by step: condenser and evaporator fans, defrost heater, thermostat and sensors, start relay and compressor. We explain what we find in plain language and give you an upfront price before any repair begins.
Common refrigerator problems we fix
Most calls come down to a handful of parts. A failed defrost system lets ice build up on the evaporator coils and blocks airflow. A worn fan motor makes the fridge noisy and warm. A clogged drain line causes water to pool under the crisper drawers. Ice makers and water dispensers fail when inlet valves, lines or control boards wear out. We carry common parts on the truck, so many of these repairs are finished on the first visit.
Repair or replace?
We will always tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense. If your refrigerator is relatively new and the problem is a fan, sensor, valve or board, repair usually costs a fraction of a new unit. If the sealed system has failed on an older model, we will explain your options so you can decide.
Backed by warranty
Every repair is backed by our parts and labor warranty. If the same problem comes back within the warranty period, we return and make it right.
